Auckland’s first mixed-use studio complex, the vision for Zone 23 was to create an iconic structure complementary to its surroundings, offering a sense of urban community for both commercial and residential occupants.
A mix of office suites and maisonette apartments built over four storeys, the structure includes a ground floor eatery wrapped around the central courtyard. Purposeful use of concrete, exposed structural steel and glass define the distinctive semi-industrial style and solidify Zone 23’s enduring contemporary street presence.
A pioneer in the market, Zone 23 was awarded the 2007 Property Council of New Zealand’s Merit award.
