Herne Bay’s aptly named Vert is a truly remarkable residential development, located on the site of the historic Ponsonby bowling green. The redevelopment sought to revive the site and has transformed the existing land with the addition of sophisticated residential buildings which frame the polished green. Vert picked up the 2016 Property Council of New Zealand Merit award along with the 2016 New Zealand Commercial Projects Awards Silver award – “recognising excellence in workmanship, construction practices and innovation”.
