Call for Pre-Settlement
Pre-settlement inspection appointments will be available for each apartment from the below dates. Please note, your pre-settlement inspection does not need to be on this specific date and can be any day after.
Appointments will be available Monday – Sunday between 9am and 5pm
8TH MARCH 2021 – 103, 203, 204, 208, 302, 303
9TH MARCH 2021 – 201, 202, 205, 206, 301, 304, 308
10TH MARCH 2021 – 101, 102, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 207, 209, 210, 305, 306, 307, 309
11TH MARCH 2021 – G01, G02, G03, G04, G05, G06, G07, G08
16TH MARCH 2021 – 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406

Please note that your pre-settlement inspection is strictly limited to you or your authorised representative and is your only opportunity to preview your apartment ahead of settlement. Your Real Estate agent will also be invited to attend the inspection.
Settlement Update
