Call for Finance Valuations:
We are pleased to notify you, that we are now taking bookings for finance valuations.
Please instruct your bank or financier that valuers can book in their inspection of the property by contacting Andrew Weipers from Reside.
Appointments will be available from the 10th of February onwards, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Reside will liaise directly with your valuer and schedule a time and date subject to the apartments completion status.
A friendly reminder that this is not an opportunity for you to inspect your apartment. We will be in touch soon to invite you to your pre-settlement inspection.
If you haven’t already, we recommend that you urgently contact your financial institution to prepare your finances.

We will continue to communicate with you regularly by email in the lead up to settlement.
